At SG Vape Delivery, we stand by the quality of our products. Our return policy ensures your satisfaction with every purchase.
Duration: You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
Exclusions: We do not accept returns for items ordered incorrectly or due to a change of mind.
Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, initiate a return by contacting us at Whatsapp. Our admin team will assist you with the exchange process.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union Cooling Off Period: For orders shipped to the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. You can cancel or return your order within this timeframe for any reason, no justification needed. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
